Pale straw with lemon and acacia on the nose. Quite full-bodied and complex rather than fine. Some honey and melons on the palate. Very mineral.

Made from their vineyards and partner vineyards all situated in the villages of Le Mesnil, Oger, Avize and Cramant. Wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks. Low dosage - just 10% reserve wines are used, to "favour the essential character of the vineyards." The wine in bottle “grows on the lees” for 4 to 5 years before disgorgement, to counteract some of the austerity of the terroir. The disgorged wine will benefit from further ageing for 2 to 6 years.
