Dumangin Hippolyte brut nature NV

Pale gold colour. Intense nose and full-bodied with yeasty, biscuity aromas. Very fine bubbles. Smooth with good backing and length. The wine has good structure and balance and is one of the most elegant tasted in this series with pronounced acidity albeit good balance overall.
