An exceptional wine... gold colour. Subtle butter and almond on the nose. Gorgeous and complex. Layers of depth. Very smooth. Lovely balance. Very fine bubbles. 72% from harvest plus 22% 2006 and 6% of 2005. 47% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. Unfiltered.
