Pale gold colour with lime reflects. Yeasty, buttery bouquet. Very smooth, elegant and very dry which is a particular attribute. Perfectly balanced acidity. Surprisingly long with a new layer after the attack of biscuit and saltiness. Intriguingly powerful wine which saves itself until last building all the time. This is not an ‘easy’ Champagne. Ultimately a remarkable wine which is emblematic of the house. Clear bottle.
