Slightly tart with citrus on the nose - this sharp acidity is very characteristic of the brand (only 6g/litre here of dosage). Some toastiness on the palate but overall one notices the strong acidity.

Represents up to 30-50% of the harvest. 100% Chardonnay from :

- 39 % Cramant Grand Cru (majoritairement du plein terroir Buissons, Gromonts, Fond du Bateau de plus de 40 ans),
- 41 % Chouilly Grand Cru ( 31 % Mont Aigu, 10 % Ronds Buissons)
- 20 % Cuis 1er Cru (Croix-Blanche, …)

Production: 2004 : 45.900 bottles.
