Mailly Grand Cru NV

Pale gold colour with pink reflects. Subtle yeasty flavours. Very smooth and big wine which is long and full-flavoured. Fine perlage. Good persistence and supple acidity whilst the texture is redolent of peaches and crisp ripe melons. Slightly bitter in the finish. Very elegant. Dry.
