14ct gold colour. Delectable citrus blossom on the nose. Lighter and this at this stage more appealing than many others undoubtedly due to the way it has captured the freshness. Overall very elegant with a long and penetrating finish. The wine is a blend of 93% Semillon and 7% Sauvignon. Residual sugar: a whopping 150g/litre. Superb ageing potential.
