As one might expect from a wine produced with enormous care from the oldest vines on this estate it is something rather exceptional. It is full of complex flavours, terrific depth without being heavy and wonderfully subtle. This wine is rich, compact and wonderfully mineral with a penetrating finish. Unlike the other Soave from this producer, this wine has undergone MLF. 10% Trebbiano added to the Garganega.
