14ct gold colour. Butter and gooseberry on the nose. Smooth with a lovely mousse. Very long with lots of layers. Good sharpness providing real delineation. Lots of body which is more voluptuous flesh than muscle. This is all about balance - de Sacy has produced perhaps the finest 2003 on the market.
