14ct gold colour. Classic Champagne nose - light bready aromas with some citrus fruit and the slightest touch of honey. On the palate, full and intense with strong persistence. This wine has an exceptional structure coupled with a sense that the integrity and purity of the wine is maintained. There is an ineffable quality about great wine, and this is such an example. Given the structure it would make a good Champagne to pair with food.
