Light gold or pale straw colour. White fruity nose with some kiwi, but predominantly peaches and lichee. Smooth attack and very dry without residual sweetness. Refreshing. Has some residual asperity slicing through the palate at the finish. Probably the driest style of all the wines tasted for the article 'Pure Champagne'. 45% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. Elegant bottle.
