Alcohol | 12.5%
Made from 70% Pinot Nero and 30% Chardonnay when the wines are blended in the following spring. Dosage is made up of the same blend and 3-4g/litre of sugar. The wine has a pale salmon colour with a soft, slightly yeasty nose. Strong mousse. An elegant wine with noticeable length and structure. It tastes dry with subtle red berry flavours to round it off. Very enjoyable.

A blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Flowering shrub on the nose (acacia) from pale gold colour. Immediately dry and long. Good balance with acidity in check. Very elegant and thoroughbred wine.
Very healthy harvested fruit which one can see in the end result producing good aging potential. Cattier haven't made any specific changes due to climate change although they concede there are tendencies to harvest earlier each year and there are higher levels of alcohol in the wine - they've had to change the label to reflect this. However, they haven't changed their dosage style (approx 10g/litre). They always do the malo-lactic fermentation. Their terroir is mainly located in the Montagne in Reims.
