Pale gold colour. Strenuous but fine bubbles with a citrus and chalky nose. Fruity (plums, peaches and gooseberries) on the palate. Good length with a present acidity. Overall well balanced. This is the closest to Champagne we have ever had from this region although that should not be a recommendation in itself.
