Score Note 1Date tasted | Feb, 2009 | 87/100

Comes from old vines in Cramant facing south-east - between 48 and over 70 years old. Wines undergo MLF and are left on their lees in winter. This cuvée is bottled without any blend (mono-cru). All the bottles are disgorged manually 3 to 6 months before being marketed. The dosage of the 2004 vintage is very low (only 2 grams per litre).
