Pale wet straw colour. Flowery nose whilst on the palate the wine produces a ‘thick’ sensation in the mouth (what the French refer to as ‘volume’). A fragrant, beautifully crafted Champagne with unique character. Very elegant and well-balanced. Note 1See score in brackets for potential. Current rating at time of tasting.
