More full-bodied and structured than the Capitel Nicalo and was a popular wine at the tasting. This substantial structure comes from the process of leaving the wine on the grape skins (vinacce) of the Amarone and Recioto for 8-15 days and was robust enough to provide a foil to a venison goulash. Lovely fruit and good density backed with a necessary acidity. Aged for 2 years in oak. Grapes: 30% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, 10% Oseleta, Negrara, Dindarella, Rossignola.
