Pale straw colour. Slight yeasty bouquet. Long and dry. A little sour but on the whole quite good and complex.

Made from 100% Chardonnay from Cuis 1er Cru (Côte des Blancs) coming from four harvests:
- 78 % from 2006 (of which 8% is from the 'tailles')
- 5 % from 2005
- 10 % from 2004
- 7 % from 2002
They look to induce MLF in their wines and the dosage is quite light at 8g/litre. The wines are disgorged 3 months prior to shipping.
