Pale gold colour. Powerful mousse. Lightly fragrant and yeasty nose. Acacia and honey clothing a savory attack. Very youthful wine with a modest burnt caramel and toffee backdrop. Typical acidity, delineating backbone and lots of length. Buttery almonds and persistent fragrance. Elegant wine which has its own extraordinary sculptured profile.
