Bright, light gold. Lovely nose made up from the varieties. Very elegant and smooth. Long and complex. This is a lovely wine backed with good acidity. Lots of aging potential.

[50% in new barrels from their cooperage and 50% in re-used barrels. Ageing on the lees with batonnnage for 12 months.]
