Lovely, very pale salmon colour. Fruity nose and flavours on the palate. Dry as a towel coupled with tangible elegance. Good persistence and excellent balance. Still young. A wine whose character one might describe as ‘authentic’ - a very positive epithet.
Recently disgorged. Beautiful bottle and label.
