Pale straw colour. Yeasty nose. Dry on the palate. Good length and excellent balance. Meaty and structured wine whilst preserving some elegance and finesse. Smooth. All in all a good combination. A blend of Pinot Noir coming from Grands crus and Premier Crus vineyards of the Montagne de Reims and Chardonnay.
