Very clean looking wine. Toast and honey on the nose with a smokey backdrop. Rich coating across the palate with smokey flavours and bitter almonds. This is very fine with excellent definition. An exceptional wine.
Single-vineyard (mono-cru) from old vines (48-75 years old) and aged for 6 years. Dosage: 2g/l.
