Rasping raw tannins at this stage but with some good fruit in the rear. The wine even has some freshness which is a rare enough attribute in this vintage. Engaging dark fruit flavours with lots of complexity although this isn't comparable with the previous 2 vintages. However, there could be light at the end of the tunnel. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc.
