Made from 100% Schioppettino (a red grape - Ribolla nera is the old name for this grape). Gorgeous pale salmon colour. Seductive flowery nose. Fine and elegant with a lovely touch of dryness in the finish coupled with a dash of sweetness. The wine is made using the Charmat method whilst retaining the lees for 4-5 months. Popular wine at the wine tasting and a terrific aperitif.
