100% Chardonnay. Matured for 5 years. The colour is a very pale gold with lime reflects. The nose has a complex array of aromas including apples, almonds and lemon. Very fine bubbles help the wine achieve a crisp and fresh character. Elegant palate packed with lots of citrus, a hint of almond and a touch of apple. Good length.
