Light gold colour with fine persistent bubbles in a strong mousse. Light yeast and citrus on the nose. Some sweetness on the palate but enjoyable. Made with Charmat method and an interesting mix of varieties mainly from the region. Pleasant bubbly which is very straight forward, uncomplex and well constructed. Smooth. Short. Good acidity.
