Pale colour. Nutty citrus nose. Very fine and elegant with a creamy taste of milk loaf, dashi and chestnut honey. Good acidity - it is very well balanced given the wine has not undergone MLF. Good persistence in the finish. The quintessence of finesse.

40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir - all from Montagne de Reims.
