Pale gold colour. One is struck by the fruity aromas. Flavours of toast but lashings of citrus too on the palate. Overall very light and fresh,finely textured with good acidity. The freshness is complimented in the finish with long persistence and an overall impression of elegance.

Exclusively produced from the single vineyard of Clos du Moulin (2.20 hectares) and composed of 3 vintages. Production of each cuvee is about 15000 bottles.
