This is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Nero matured in the bottle in contact with the yeasts for at least 42 months. Dosage is 2g/litre. 14ct gold colour the wine has an enticing nose. It tastes very dry. Good citrus on the palate and clean tasting - it would be a good partner with fish. Has a long finish. Found this more interesting than the Saten.
