Made from black grapes only - 20% Pinot Meunier and 80% Pinot Noir. Pale straw colour. Slightly bready/yeasty nose. Lovely fine mousse. Very smooth and elegant and enjoyable. Refreshing with some sense of light red berries which are quite tart. A fine blanc de noirs.
