Cherry flesh colour. Mercifully dry on the attack with subtle red fruit tones of strawberry and raspberry. Quite round on the palate and it comes with a sweetish finish. A soft and luxurious wine. Fortunately the wine is not cloying despite its dosage and it opens up some good food matching possibilities if Champagne is the requirement.Cattier Glamour rosé
