Bolney Estate blanc de blancs 2007

Pale gold colour with lime reflects. Citrus nose. Very light and fresh with sharp acidity. Smooth texture, delicate mousse. Lots of lemon and lime on the palate. A ‘fizz’… but lacking strong character. Good as an aperitif.
