Clarke 2011

Lovely rich colour. Garnet with purple tinges. Full nose of black currants and dark berries. Good definition. Present tannins which are beautifully ripe. Long - ending on a fruit note. Demonstrates how terroir has impacted this year's crop - a very good wine from a difficult year. Year: 2011 Appellation: Listrac Bordeaux France Designation: Cru Bourgeois Colour: red Score: 89/100 Note 1Date tasted: April, 2012
