Pale straw colour. Very fine perlage. Light, fruity and refreshing with some amylic flavours. Good structure and attractive. Strong acidity. 100% Durella, Aged for 24 months on the lees. Bottled: 2/7/09. Undoubtedly this bottle might have shown better had there been longer between the disgorgement and the tasting. Disg'd: 4/7/11
