Gold colour with pink reflects. Good fruit and even some sweetness on the palate. Fine bubbles. Very persistent in the finish. A touch of sourness in the finish and overall the acidity is quite noticeable - with a noticeable sharpness across the teeth. 100% Pinot Noir.
